How do I return an item?
We happily accept returns on any faulty items within three months of purchase providing you have proof of purchase. Please note we do not supply goods on a sale or return basis- we will only refund or exchange on faulty items.
The cost of postage to return any faulty goods to us is your own responsibility. We pride ourselves on supplying handbags and accessories at the lowest possible price we can and remaining competitive within the industry - in order to do this we do not add any extra margin onto our goods to cover the cost of postage. Our warehouse is open 6 days a week and any returns can be brought to us in person should you need to.
